Well, installed my 450's today, dsm's, and ive got the injector box back in, 90 crx, adn have my vafc set between -40% and -36% all teh way accross, no turbo on right now, and it idles rough, idles, but rough, lots of vibration, probably doesnt help that i have motor mount inserts, and sounds rough though, and when doing the screwdriver test, putting my ear to one end while holding it on the injectors, head etc...., there is a definate clicking coming from teh injectors. Does this mean there shot? Ill be really pissed if they are, will need some overnighted, if so. THanx.

 

Some clicking is normal. I haven't installed my 450's yet but I know my 240cc ZC injector click quite a bit. Can actually almost be heard from the drivers seat. I was told it was normal. Also my mom's brand new toyota camry has some injector click also. Just the opening and closing.

 

DSM injectors are quite a bit louder than Honda injectors. That's a DSM for ya. Nothing to worry about.

Yeah them dsm injectors scream. I never really heard my 240's but once I put those dsm's in, I could and can hear every click.

Between the Crane coil and the injectors my car sounds like crap at idle

 

Yeah, thats sucj a releif. I got it running pretty good, idled fine, but i tuned the low throttle to -40% and teh high throttle to -36%, and it runs pretty good. Cant wait for that turbo to go on, tomarrow or the next day, WOOT!
