Default Civic VX into 13's

Alright guys I bought a civic vx recently and was wondering what I'm going to need to get about mid 13's say around 13.6 or so. I'm a deacent driver and i want it to be full interior on street tires. I know I might need a clutch and ---- just wondering whats the regular budget (canadian) that I'd need. Should I build my engine or go for a swap? I believe its a D15 in the car as of right now. I was thinking something along the lines of a T3 for my turbo and see what I can scavenge at the junkyard for an intercooler. This will be my first real turbo project as my 200CC failed after the engine suffered a complete meltdown with the connecting rod through the cylinderwall and bent my valves at the same time. Wondering if you guys could walk me through this, for management it'll likely end up to be DSM 450's and uberdata.

Also what would be the easiest swap for this car, I'm not very knowledgable in swaping but a few of my friends are. I believe I can get a B18b for a deacent price, just wondering if its worth it if I can get a cheap D series and a DIY turbokit and make around the same power.

I wouldnt waste my time trying to turbo the vx engine, swap in a z6 or a y8

Read search and read more. All of your questions could be easily answered by reading the FAQ. If you are too lazy or too stupid to find them, go to another forum. There are 5 posts a day that are exactly like yours, asking the same stupid questions.

F22 at 12 psi and only mid 14s? That engine must be in a dump truck. I'll have that from my d16y8 on 10psi. You sure? I'd say mid to high 13s. I don't know though. Your set-up. You'd know more about it than me.

Take into account a accord is much more heavier then a civic.
I would take a turboed F22 over a turboed D-series anyday. With a good sized turbo don't underestimate the F22.
I see a lot of people using a turbo that is to small for that engine..I wouldn't go smaller then a 60/63 T3 preferrably a T3/T4 or a HX30/35 and up

Alright so z6 engine. Would a HF mani do for this application or should I get a tubular manifold made up for myself. I'm not able to do the work since I dont own a welder right now, so what would be the best style to go with for a deacent spool. Also whats a t3 turbo that has a deacent amount of lag say start spoolin by 2.5k-3k.
