did a search on this but didn't find the answers to my questions. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was an advantage of having a larger pipe diamter for charge piping from the intercooler to the throttle body on an h22a boosted engine. I've read that 2" would would be fine but does having an engine with VTEC require a larger pipe or does it even matter?

 

no anything from 2-3" is fine.

 

i like to have the pipe from the intercooler to the tb be the same size as the intercooler outlet.
