charge piping.

well, i finally ran my charge piping, but im not sure how many psi it will be able to hold. the way i have it run is temporary until my order from summit goes through and arrives at my house (im ordering mandrel bent j bends and going to weld it all together.). for now, i just have straight exhaust pipe, and rubber elbows. will that hold 6-8 psi, or should i stay out of boost for the most part until i get the bend's in? im just curious, because i dont really want to wait until i get the new charge pipe fabbed up. anyways, post up your opinions. here are some pics of how the charge pipe is run.

straight hood. I can definitely see that that first after the IM is gonna pop off after a
couple rounds of boost. It looks like you used a staight coupler instead of a 45 deg.
It's really not a big deal thou. If it pops off just pull the car overand put it back on.
When you get your new pipes, if you wanna sell those
holla;)

i'm sure that will be ok for around 6 psi. but if it dosent work and you keep blowing charge pipes, just keep it out of boost... problem solved untill you get your better charge piping.

yeah. its a bosch bov, but it will work for up to 10 psi. they are extremely quiet, which is what i want. im going for the whole sleeper thing.

yes, they are home depot elbows, which i know will get flimsey when hot. i think im going to go up to napa and get some truck radiator hose because i hear that they hold up better. if i start having problems i will just weld it all together wtih some mandrel j bends. i just want everyone's opinion.
