Charge pipes on a budget...
Anybody use ABS and DID have some sort of problem?
ABS sounds better and better for a lowbudget build...espicially if you still need to figure out how to route the piping.
so, as long as the ABS pipe is not connected to the turbo it self...it will be good...or MUST it be AFTER the intercooler?

well i got kinda the same question. im boosting at 15 pasi and last night i blew the 90 degree bend off the hot side, it was the only plastic thing on the whole charge piping and the only one to blew. what kind of bend can i use??, how can i put it safely on the turbo without worrying about it getting too hot? silicon will work?
dude, if youre gonna go as far as heat wrap wich isnt cheap you might-as-well buy steel bends. and silicon wont work either. if youre gonna use abs, ase abs glue. abs glue will melt the abs fittings together, thats what its designed to do. a quality abs glue is either weld-on, or oaty. i like weld on a little bit better. and one more note. most abs sold nowadays has a cellular core. it has a tendancy to bloat when we airtest plumming @ 15psi. i whould reccomend not getting the cellular core stuff. solid core may be hard to find though. good luck, and keep it on the cool side.
Another thing you can look into is using Spa Hose. A few of my fellow turbo Dodge enthusiasts have used this stuff with great results. It's flexable enough to run in just about any configuration you'll need. Plus, it has the ridges in it so it will keep its shape and not collapse. You can get it at your local hardware store. And it's not all that expensive.
Just a thought,
