did you use it on the hot side right after the turbo?
Well about 14-18" after the turbo, yes. It deformed barely any! And that after about 4-5 months of driven.

I would just reccomend getting metal tubing.

Unless you can use the PVC for something else after you are done, then it is just wastred pipe.

i dont know how much either will hold. that whould depend on the size of pipe and temperature. in the winter time we test the pipes with 10 psi to check for leaks. so with properly glued fittings i can see it holding 15 psi. not sure about 35, but i used to build spudguns with abs and never had one blow up on me.

Yeah, PVC pipe is good to about 120 psi at room temps, ABS is more. It goes down slightly with heat, but I would run a small section of metal pipe right off the turbo, then ABS. That's how I'm going to run mine this spring.

Mike Sitar of www.toohighpsi.com run's his sub 10 second junkyard capri with PVC chargepipes, you should too!

Ya, I just did ABS becuase I just wanted to get things done and fitting nice. It worked so well I kept it. But at my planned 18psi+ I'm doing SS all the way.

On a budget, ABS can be use. I did it for 2 years i say again, Not 1 problem with it.

10' of mild steel pipe at lowes/home depot is $10-15. Comes in many sizes.
You have to look for it. 2" is EMT conduit pipe (galvanized mild steel) -Electrical (Also has large radious mandrel bends)
If you go outside to the garden section you can find 2", 2 1/4", 2 1/2" & 3" pipes (mild steel, some galvanized) hiding as post pipes.
Plumbing also has screw on fittings that would make OK manifolds if you grind the threads out.

Don't use PCV. If it has to be flexable, find my post on kanaflex EPDM-300. It's not much more expencive than flexable PCV & is alot more resistant to heat than PCV is.

i bought 1 cold air intake off ebay for a 88-91 crx and 2 cold air intakes for a 96-00 civic lx. used the piping for the cai for the crx on my car, and chopped the pipes from the other 2 cai's for the rest of the piping. now i have all 2 1/2 inch mandrel bent aluminum chargepiping.
