charge pipe size, 2 from turbo to IC, then 2.5 from IC to throttle body.

Does that sound good? should I got smaller?

My goal is 200hp at the flywheel

I'm running 7.5 psi with 310cc injectors and a td04h turbo.

sounds fine to me. im no guru though. i would probably just spend the extra few bucks and 2.5" all the way around...but do what you want. for that hp you can get away w/ 2"

2 inch is good from the compressor, then as it cools off it expands

air expands when it gets colder ???

;) there we go gets denser by contracting thats why cold air is better more "burnable" molicules of air per cubic in. then hot air

well I'm using 2 to the IC and 2.5 to TB. Seems to work fine.

alot of guys like big 2.5" IC pipes on these forums. Not trying to stir anything up but that sounds waay to big. I'm pretty sure according to Maximum Boost, using their calcs, 2.0" is good for huge power 400-600 HP depending on certain factors. The bigger the pipe, the slower the velocity, the greater the lag.

I've gone with 1 7/8 mandrels cause they were easily available, my Probe IC has only 1.75" inlet/outlet anyways so their wasn't much point in going any bigger. I'm also shooting for around 200 flywheel HP. Lot's of guys running MX6/Probes are pushing well over 200 HP and 250 ft/lbs of torque to the wheels with the little 1.75" factory rubber pipes and little IHI turbo.

Im planning anywhere from 225 - 265 and ill be running 2" from T to IC, 2.5" from IC to TB.

Anyone got pics of their intercooler plumbing and how they routed it?
