Default Charge Pipe Question

On 99-00 civic's we have 3 "ports" on the intake. one for the IAT sensor, one nipple for the hose that goes to the crankcase breather, and one more nipple for a hose that goes to a sensor (?) that goes into the block.

So my question is, say if I where to fab my own upper charge pipe, how would I incorperate the nipples and port into the new pipe?

Also, if anyone has a 99-00 civic with a custom charge piping job, could you please tell me what bends you used. I have A/C and P/S btw.

IAT hole, drill it and put it in, jb weld style maybe, possibly for the other sensor as well.

As for breather hole, leave sealed and get a $5 filter to put on the valve cover.

Thats a good way to blow some rings.

Just route it into the compresor intake pipe(the one with no boost ).You need negative pressure(suction) in your bottom end.Thats why that port is on your valve cover.Use it

Right now I have a breather on the sensor that is NOT the IAT or the hose coming from the valve cover. Is this ok?

Also, if I were to route the hose that comes from the valve cover to the compressor intake pipe, how would I get the nipple onto the pipe? Can I find a nipple online, drill a hole in the pipe, and get it welded onto the pipe?

BTW: I want to try to use the piping I am going to buy from JCWhitney

i just added a nipple to my compressor intake pipe. i drilled a hole, cut a plastic T for a nipple and jb welded the nipple onto the intake pipe. then i painted the nipple and jb weld flat black to match the paint that was already there. fot the iat i used a 5/16" T and Td' off the BOV hose and used 3/8" hose about 3" to connect the iat sensor to the BOV T. use the pcv for vacuume source and also the charcoal emissions filter-use plastic Ts' for those.
