My charge pipe of the turbo keeps poping off, iv tryed a couple of differnt kinds of couplers and then tryed super glue but it still poped apart. do any of you guys have a good trick because there is noting gayer than loosing a race cuz the cp poped apart.

Have you tried putting a little bead at the end of the pipes, and using t-bolt clamps?

 

T bolt clamps are the best.

 

I havent tryed a t-bolt i gonna go out and buy one now. i think they sell them in the ricer section of autozone.

 

tbolt+bead or beads of welds
and HAIRSPray

it sticks on the couplers good
beware that it does make taking it off a tad bit more hard

that happened to me when i was racing once.

 

T-bolts are the only way to go.

Hirspray and adding the beads are just ways to make the Home Depot couplers work a little better.

Just t-bolt with silicone coupler and you are golden for most applications.

 

yeah i upgraded to T bolts, no more losing to a stock crx ne more LOL

 

the piece that comes off the turbo has about an inch to grip + it is smoth and alway gave me trouble. T-bolt all the way.
