Changing fuel pump for turbo

i have a ZC engine, and i'm gonna be using 450cc fuel injectors, and a FMU. Would i still need to upgrade my fuel pump?? i'm on a tight budget....and how come most cars that are automatics have the TD04 turbo and the manuals have TD05 turbos? what's the difference?

You will not use a FMU with 450cc injectors, the car wont even run. You either run one or the other.

IF you use the FMU, I would say go with the pump, but not if you plan on boosting over 7psi.

TD04's are smaller than the TD05's the compressor and turbine are downsized for the automatic, also the injectors off the automatics are 380cc's unlike the manual's that are 450's

Re:Changing fuel pump for turbo

Run the AFC/Fields Hack w/ the dsm injectors, or run the FMU with a 12:1 8:1 disc.

Managment is disscussed throughout this forum, feel free to read some other posts.
