cel code 1 after turbo
 

on my crx d16a6, I just installed a t25 turbo, 1g dsm bov, tyrus intercooler, afc hack, and dsm 450 injectors.

Took it for a test drive and every couple minutes the check engine light comes on. If i turn the car off and back on the check engine light turns off. I checked for codes and im getting code 1 - o2 sensor?
I tried driving it around under 2.5k rpms and it still trips the code.

What could cause this to go off?

using the stock o2 sensor into the hf manifold bung.

been playing with the fuel trim from -35 to -40 between 1-4k and the check engine light still goes off.

Anyone know what i should be looking at? tia

Are you sure you didn't damage it when you put it in? Is it hooked up? :P

Try changing it. Those fuckers pick the dumbest times to go out. Same thing happened to me once. I installed a new turbo and got the same cel and my car ran like ----. It turns out the o2 went bad the same exact time I put the new turbo on. ::) That really pissed me off.

thanks for the quick reply. yes it is plugged in. :P

I suppose it could have been damaged. I did spray the o2 socket with pb penetrant (it was a real bish to get off)... maybe that could have gotten on the o2 sensor and messed it up? I'll swap it out with another o2 sensor and see if it helps.
