Default CDM BOV ???

ok, so here it is. I have an 88 mazda 626 2.2l factory turbocharged. did some some fab work, FMIC, 2.5'' pipes, CDM type-s BOV, moved the VAF to the pressure side after the BOV. ive had 3 turbos on this car in the last 2 months.

Heres the question: What effect does the turbo have on the BOV performance?

~with the stock turbo under a load and letting off i hear a nice(normal) blowoff, like rush of air pressure esaping, like it should be

~with the garrett t3 and the t3/t4(currently on car) it seems to flutter.

what the ---- gives? ive adjusted it in, out and many places in between to avail. please understand i dont care if it makes a big ol' PPPSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTTT. thats not my problem, i just dont understand why a different turbo doing tyhe same job changes it. i guess the noise is a reassurance that the BOV is working and i dont have compressor surge. testing idling it still seems to work normally, revit up and let go and theres a big rush of air that comes out as soon as the intake has vacuum, just not the same sound when driving

the stock turbo is using stock WG and t3 setups are CDM 38mm external. all WGs are getting signal from the comp outlet. BOV is tapped into the brake booster hose and has a 3/16" fuel line going to it.

any other info i can provide, LMK. thats all i can think of right now

all thoughts, questions, comments, cosiderations or words of wisdom are appreciated

Just loosen it up , compressor surge sucks. Hows it run with the vaf on the pressure side like that?

Well a guy who works for MS did me a nice write up using the NA dizzy. So thats the route im gonna take. Its easier than trying to grind 2 teeth down, those things are very close to each other and if you nick the wrong one just a big it will throw the signal off. Its getting installed complete, car hasnt even been started on it yet.
