The company that makes SSAUTOCHROME's turbos
The ones from SS Are never marked at all.
The tag on the throttle body/intercooler pipe outlet is the exact same as this one.

I know of 3 pending lawsuits on these bastards for selling nothing better than a $500 paper weight!

I've been searching for awhile for the connection between the SSAutochrome Company and the bad rep that the other companies have for a "SIMILAR" turbo.
They are caught. The brand: x: turbo SS sells is the same as the Zy Xs power guys.
The SS Company has been denying from the beginning there is a problem with their turbos. I think that is total bullshit being that the success rate for them is like 1 in 10.
Now that I've figured out whom the 2nd company involved in, in this whole dispute. The torch is passed. My friend was the ring leader in the group buys for TurboFord.org.
He has got royally screwed over because 1turbo out of 55 is still being used on a Turbo ford vehicle.
The good deal us TurboForder's got was $440 shipped.
Think the amount of money Brand ZS XSpower made on those shitty *** turbos. Well basically they were forced by threat of a lawsuit to refund all the money to anyone that wanted it. They refunded the money to anyone that had not ran the turbo on their cars at all, thus sealing the deal for them saying it's out of our hands.
My friend is trying to sue the company for contract infringement for not warrantying the turbos.
My friend is getting sued for those turbos not being in or under any warranty.
He's the middle-man in the whole thing but is technically legally liable for any product he distributes.
SSAUTOCHROME stated in an Email to him.
WE DO NOT CONTROL THE ASSET AT HAND, ONLY THEREFORE FORWARD A PRODUCT FROM A SISTER COMPANY AND THE PROBLEM LAYS WITHIN AND AMONG THEM...
This is crap... So my friend no matter what will be out $1000's for the lawyer bills. That's what the counter-sue is for to recoup losses and try to teach SSauto a lesson so to speak.
For awhile we never thought we'd find out who this mysterious sister company was. Then just cruising EBay look what I find!!!!
I know a bunch of people are going to say who gives a ----.
I DO... MY FRIEND was forced to sell his pride and joy completely built tbird because of this ---- and is really just a middle man caught in a bad situation.
I'm trying to help him as much as I can, and he's got a kid on the way and is 1000's in debt.

I don't know how much proof that simple ebay listing is going to offer, they could just say "stock photo pulled from google"
Yeah your friend fucked up, the ss-autochrome products look all blingy and have a nice cheap price tag but the saying goes "you get what you paid for". Personally I would be much happier taking my chances on a junkyard turbo or two and getting a spare, in worst case rebuild a turbo myself.
This whole mess is going to be nice and complicated since I'm sure your friend's lawyer has had to contact another lawyer within the state that ss-autochrome resides in. There are some legal forms that you can follow up with, lookup the basic ebay rules for a good idea on fraudulant ----. If I'm not mistaken this is more of a federal matter and contacting the FBI might be an option (I can't remember the process - not compoletely sure).
Good luck with bringing those bastards down, they ---- people over daily, all the poor morons on ebay. The reason why ebay still lets them sell things is because ebay is fucked and is based completely upon the seller. Ebay power sellers opinions and requests out weigh regular ebay buyers everyday, reason: Ebay makes it's money by charging the sellers a fee, if ebay has a power seller that gives them hundreds of dollars each month then ebay really doesn't want to lose that paying member just cause a few pissant members aren't satisfied with their product.
Best recourse for the end users would be to dispute charges with credit card companies and do some searching before you buy something that seems too good to be true.

I thought it was common knowledge that they were the same company. When you buy somehting from Xs-power it comes with an SSautochrome invoice with SSautoChrome posted all over the ---- and when you send them money with Paypal it comes up as SSautoChrome on your Paypal receipt. I don't think you just uncovered the mystery Sherlock.
