by "for a while" do you mean driving/boosting for an hour in hot weather?
and of course check your charge pipes |

what is it tuned with?
what are your plugs gapped at? |

check your O2 sensor. I find that sometimes watching the A/f ratio (on my turbo timer, which isn't accurate, but gives you an idea) will hold at 20 which means the sesor basically isn't reading right, thus the ecu thinks it's way too lean and it'll bog down a little cause of the extra fuel it throws in. I should just get a new O2 sensor, but i'm a cheap bastard :)
