Car stalling after full boost?

Okay I just got the car all back together, it's been down for a few weeks do to cracked in 2 manifold and while the weather has been bad. I got everything all back together, and now after holding boost for a few seconds, it stalls. I checked all my lines and whatnot, what am i missing?

As far as i know injectors wont play a roll, there was a dramatic climate change a few days ago but its starting to warm back up. I let the car completely warm up before I drive. But im not running an AF gauge yet.

Cold air is denser and would make an improperly calibrated tune run lean. or rich if the tuner over compensated..But really Ive never seen it be so bad the car would stall. And it was just a thought I doubt that this would be the problem. And I'm not saying anything against your tuner..

Any chance though that your manifold was cracked while it was being tuned?

check for common things like the plugs for gap make sure it's close like .30-.25 make sure their not fouled.

then fuel problems like a dead fuel pump or clogged filter. And if it's sat for a long time very simply bad gas. put a few gallons in it and see what happens

Its a good possiblity, my manifold literally cracked in basically two pieces and there was a gaping hole on the underside, I was about 10min from home in pissing rain, so i drove it home like that. Then parked it for a few weeks till i got things situated.

If your saying it was cracked while it was being tuned then with the hole sealed up it probably running really lean and starving for fuel in actual boost.

99% of the problem isn't the tunes problem. Rich always tunes at exactly 12.0 afrs in low boost. He also tunes timing and vacuum perfectly. He steet tuned by B16 setup and at 6 psi of boost it raped every evo like a ape. Cracked manifold could definitely cause the issue. Call Richard and have him try a different map or ask him what could cause the problem. Im thinking that you changed something that is a big variable of the tune after Rich tuned it.
What exactly have you done to it after the tune? Anything from a subwoofer install to an a bulb change.

I'm not saying anything against or to the detriment of another tuner. If that manifold was cracked then he didn't have the information he needed to tune the car correctly. It's probably a mechanical problem though. I say he should have Rich check it out for him and see what it could be.
