I have a 93 del sol si w/ a d16z6 w/ a crx hf mani and a t25 (2g eclipse). My problem is that the turbo sits just a bit higher than my oil pan. My oil return line is almost horizontal w/ the pan. My car smokes like you wouldn't believe. I don't think its the turbo seals cuz the turbo is fairly new. I have another log-style mani that I can use. It clears a/c but does not clear my radiator/fan. I need help on either finding a CHEAP mani that will work w/ my setup or cheap radiator/fan combo to work with my other manifold. I don't want to use another turbo cuz I like the t25. Please help!!!

Could this problem be solved w/ a oil restrictor or by tapping another hole into the oil pan?

I just recently changed my headgasket w/ arp headstuds. My car is not overheating. Not losing any coolant. Is the smoke coming from the oil buring in the downpipe? I'm so lost!

have you taken your dp/charge pipes off and looked for oil in them?

yes there is oil in the charge pipe.

does smoke just roll out from it? try putting a needle valve in ur oil feed. i dont remember if i had any problems with my car smoking from to much oil pressure going to the turbo befor i put this in(never let car sit and idle). but when i put it in i adjusted it,and it was fine then one day i thought i would give the turbo more oil and i opened the valve up a little more. i let me car set and idle and after about 5 min. it looked like a smoke stack was under my car.

if your thinking its the return line, just use the other manifold and move your fan to the other side of the radiator and rewire it so it pushes the air instead of pulling it
