Car smokes Help Please!

I am new to the board and tried searching my problem and was not successful. So I will post it up. I have a 1990 Honda Civic Si with the D16a6. I am running a brand new garrett T3 Super 60 turbo. A 4an oil feed line with a stealthmode restrictor inline. The oil return line is in good shape and not kinked. The compression test for the motor showed 175 for all four cylinders. The car was dyno tuned using uberdata. Also I am running valvoline 5w-30 non-syn oil. Now for the problem. The car does not smoke when it is first started. After I let it warm up and drive it it still does not smoke. However as soon as a take the car into boost it will start to smoke. Then it will smoke very little at idle and heavy under boost. The smoke smells like burning oil and is a blue color. What else should I look at. This is getting old. I have not done anything with the pcv valve or a catch can. Could this cause this much smoke? Help please, I am loosing my mind.

Did you mean that you dont have your PVC system hooked back up? you have a breather filter on the valve cover?

Totally vent the crankcase to atmosphere to test - sounds like pressure build up in the 'case under boost, forcing oil past rings.

yeah, how did you hook up your catch can? if you just ran it off the valve cover breather, it's not doing anything. remove your pcv valve COMPLETELY and leave the hole open that you removed it from and plug up the vacuum port that it's attached to on the intake manifold. this will vent the crank case pressure to the atmosphere and eliminate blow by. if your comp. results were good, i'm sure blow by is the problem, unless it's your turbo, in which case you'd have oil in your down pipe or charge pipes.

Tried it and it is still smoking do we have any other ideas. I am thinking a leak down today maybe this will do the trick. Also i put in new spark plugs drove the car for about 20 minutes went home took them out and the plugs were wet on the bottom looked like oil.

Piston rings fucked?

Cracked ring lands usually smoke when cold - when you boost or rev high. If you've been to conscientious to do so on your engine, give her a try and see.

Smokes once warmed up = turbine side leaking, oil doesn't smoke for first two minutes because the exhaust/turbo isn't hot enough to bake the oil yet.

Oil on plugs - check charge piping and compressor side for oil leaks.

Could be anything from something silly (make sure valvecover breather isn't clogged) to needing a fresher turbo to fubar engine.
