car keeps dying

ok got my car running and the timing in and what not, then yesterday i hooked up the BOV and all of a sudden the car idles like ----/ wont idle. so i adjust the idle screw still has problems.
its all over the place, it will just chill at 1000 or 1500 then if i drive it sometimes it goes to 2000/2500 and stays there. sometimes it goes there then backs down to like 1500 and sometimes it just backs all the way down till it just dies. if i rev it up fast then let it off its a garuntee that the car will shut down. i dont know what else to adjust on the car
nothing seems to make a difference it will seem fine then just die or rev way up. i am so damn confused i wish that it was like one adjustment for the idle instead of 3 different things.
also i believe that there are no vacuum leaks, at least none i can detect. there is a hissing sound from the TB but it varies with the idle adjustment screw so i think they are related.
heres my setup

well make/model would help but it sounds like a vaccuum leak to me. even a small vaccuum leak can cause nightmares. ask anybody with a honda that does the bouncing idle thing. such a pita.

you have a vacum leak, find it.

hissing from the TB is a clue.

Do you have a maf sensor on the charge side? Sounds like a bov that vents to the atmosphere is venting your vacuum causing the car to stall.
