Can you please ID this manifold?

Can you guys help me out with this? It was SUPPOSED to be an HF Manifold but I know its not. >:( >:(
Any idea what the hell it is? Guess i'm gonna have to try and resell this POS cause I got screwed. >:( The last BIG part I needed for my damn setup...

you got the top half of a regular d16 manifold, like a z6 (not sure which others had the same style)
