Ive done the search and came up with nothing, so im just wondering if i can use my secondary o2 as my primary because i believe my primary is failing??

Im not sure i understand what your asking. I took it as you wanted to run your wideband sensor as a sensor for the wideband AND as your factory o2 sensor. Are you asking if you can replace the first o2 sensor in the exhaust with the second one that is farther back? I don't think you can if that is what your asking. Sorry if i confused you

yeah that was what i was asking. thats cool though, i didnt think i could use the secondary in place of the primary (not using wideband) but i though i would ask. Can you replace the primary with the aem eugo wideband and use only the aem wideband?

if i remember right you can disable the o2 heater with uberdata then go get a 1 wire universal for $20. but try using the secondary first

wow thats genius....never even though of that...talk about saving a ---- load of money. whats the big deal with the heater in the o2 anyways?

I believe the heater allows the O2 to get more accurate readings sooner because it gets warmed up.

Sensors have to reach like 625 degrees to begin to cycle properly. Non-heated sensors will take longer to heat up, get worse gas mileage until they do, may make your car think your O2 is bad depending on the car (because it sees the O2 isn't working after like a minute like yours should be), will have a shorter life than a heated O2 (by about half) and lead to your catalytic converter dying sooner.

The reason (I'm guessing from what I've gathered) that the secondary sensor is cheaper is because it doesn't have a heater, it doesn't need one because the catalytic converter get's really hot inside and the sensor is pretty close to it. PLUS it doesn't need to cycle, it stays at a constant voltage to indicate that the cat is working, setting a code if it sees cycling (to indicate the cat is dead). The thing that leads to the death of the non-heated o2 in the primary spot is being exposed to raw hydrocarbons without being active, there's not really many hydrocarbons after a functioning cat, so it's not an issue.

In short, yes you can do it but you're going to pay more for it in the long run.
