i know this might sound dumb, but the turbo outlet on my assembly came facing upwards... well i need it to face downwards, so I was wondering if it's ok to just unbolt it and just bolt it back up again and if there is anything else i need to watch out for in the process...

I have a Garrett T3 with an internal wastegate...

Just loosen the bolts then turn, it might need a tap then tighten it back up.

Also, while you are at it, make sure your center cartridge is pointing the iol outlet down instead of out to the side or anything.
