Can I boost my integra GSR
I have a 94 Gsr with about 165,000 miles on it..It still runs awesome and doesnt leak or burn any oil. I just aquired a turbo from a mitsu/starion or something like that and it think it is set at 8 psi. Would I be able to get all the custom manifolds n stuff and boost my car without blowing the engine? I am very new to turbos and do not know too much..Any info will be much appreciated..Thanks

Re:Can I boost my integra GSR
if your new to turbos, kick around in some forced induction boards, like this one. theres a plethera of information in the turbo projects area. but yes, your car will be fine under boost

you can run boost on your grandma if you tune her right.

you can run boost on your grandma if you tune her right. A good start would be to read 'Maximum Boost' by Corky Bell. Go for it; it only seems hard. |
Re:Can I boost my integra GSR
hey guyz how much boost would you consider safe on a stock (bottom end) gsr with under 100k miles, zdyne gold and hot sparks by msd.
askin for a friend thanks |

47.12psi at 1243ft above sea level during only 72-74.3 degree temps, on asphalt, not concrete, with a mon, no sun roof, and leather interior, and blue, yes, you can only pull this off if the car is blue. ::)
Dude, use the search.. It depends on a lot of different factors... Just research. |
