Open up the compressor housing and mic the comperssor wheel. That is the only way to really know. But if I was to guess by looking at the pics I would say a t3/t04e 50 trim.

if theres any oil in the center section when u sit the turbo on the turbine housing it will leak through, even on good seals.

Looks to me like an Ebay TO4E with a genuine Garrett turbine housing installed. Someone painted the compressor backplate to try and make it look like a Turbonetics possibly. Show the markings on the bearing housing. That turbine wheel has full points on the end of the nub, and most genuine turbos have some removed from balancing. Definitely looks like an Ebay stage 3 turbine wheel. I also don't see the telltale "A" or "T" on the bearing housing. Probably a molested turbo. Canyou find a numbers on the compressor housing or bearing housing? Not saying it's for sure a knock-off, but certain telltale signs aren't present, but your pictures don't show it all, so I could have missed them.

It looks like the inside of the backplate was painted too which isn't right. Hard to really say, but if the only marking are on the exhaust housing then I'd say the rest of the turbo is suspect and somebody had their hands in it at some point. Plus that notched intake isn't really seen on E covers unless they're Chinese. That turbine wheels is Chinese looking out of their famous TO4E's and the bolts on the housings are rounded so have been messed with other than a factory. Looks like an old school T4 bearing housing though.

My final guess is Frankenstein turbo with lots of weird bits off a few different turbos. Check the internals and IB you'll find Chinese or maybe a mix of CDM and untouched high mile OEM like I found in a Blaast turbo rofl. Rebuild before running I would say.
