i was reading in a post your running a turbo b16 with uberdata, and was hoping i could use that tune on my car? would you mind sharing

I have a tuned one as well. 12.0:1 across the board from 3k-8k with vtec around 5k or so. If projekteg doesnt show up of course...

i haven't even tuned mine yet, i'm just running a base map, which you could set up yourself anyways. try one of these guys .bin's.

i'm running my car with a Vafc 11psi and 6degrees of timming retardation. will it be worth it to go turbo edit and obd1?

vfac i thought you just set it 30% across the board and tune from there correct me if im wong.

well, te is for obd0, but yes, it would be well worth your time and money to convert to obd1 and run uberdata.....

afc advances your timing, so unless you have a btm or some other device to lower your timing per psi of boost, then you have to retard it at the dizzy but by doing so, you're sacrifing bottom end power.

so if he already has the vfac, and not the time to convert, 30% is the way to go right now.

then upgrade to the sexy uberdata program.

i didn't see him metion that he was running an afc but if he is, i wouldn't try 30% to start with, -30% is a good starting point though

the distributor is only 6degrees retarded though and the vafc was tunned on a chassis dyno. will turbo edit or uberdata and obd1 be worth it? i just keep on hearing how noone runs the vafc anymore and how great TE and Uber are.
