CA20E Turbo

Hey guys i have a quick question. Do any of you know if the turbo manifold off of the CA18ET from '86 is compatible with the CA20E engine of the same year? I'm tryin to give my 200 some balls. Thanks!

just look at the bolt pattern. if it’s the same it should be fine.

I would think that it would work. Are you gonna use the ecu and wire harness from the ca18et?

yea it will work. i used to have one. and turbo'ed it. there is no spot to tap in for a oil feed on the block though. so you got to run one from the bottom of the pan with a pump in the line.

Ok thanks. You guys know if i'll need anything else off the ca18 besides the oil line, ecu, and wiring harness?

Re: CA20E Turbo

Maybe some of the intake plumbing, oil lines, fuel injectors, fuel pump, and i dont know if that model came with an intercooler, but if it didnt just pull one from a saab 900,eclipse,supra,audi 5000 or 200 etc. For the oil feed lines I think you can use a oil pressure sensor from a ca18et and one more thing you need is the air flow meter from the ca18et. Ok I think that is it.
