no the cheapest way to go is to go to an exhaust shop and pick out all the steel mandral bends and straight pipe you need then weld it with a cheap lincoln welder.
you dont need aluminum for charge pipeing it's just lighter weight. i dont know of anywhere you can get aluminum pipe/bends cheap. does anyone?
$50 for 1/4 of your piping isnt cheap btw.

not all of have access to a welder or can weld ourselves. I think the intake thing is nice. You can get cheaper and they are already made for your car to go where they are supposed to and look clean as ----. Oh yeah and I dont hagve a muffler shop around here that does mandrel bends, only the crappy ones with the crinks in them.
I got a BETTER IDEA! ok do this. everyone has a friend with a cold air intake. borrow it. then buy the mandrel bends and straights off of jcwhitney and take them to a muffler shop along with the intake, and have them copy it. its what I am going to do, plus I am going to have them weld me the flange for the BOV.
it would only cost you like 30 to make the copy plus it wouldn't be alluminum, and it would be your size pipe you want it. then you could bring the car in with the intercooler already mounted and have them weld you that ---- too. easy done.
cheers
