Buying B-Series Turbonetics Turbo Kit?

I have a 97 integ GSR and I am trying to decided to get a used b-series turbonetics turbo kit! I met this guy who is selling a used B-series Turbonetics Turbo Kit and he is selling it to me for $500 plus my LS webs w/tires. I a total newbie with turbo kits on what to look out for, here is a list of what he has from the kit:
turbonetics t3/t4 turbo
Mushroom shaped air filter
tial wastegate with dump tube
tial BOV and a stage 3 adjustable blue BOV
2.5in down pipe(has been cut shorter)
equal length turbo manifold
huge front mount intercooler
randon charge pipes
missing link
AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator
autometer carbon fiber air/fuel gauge
white face no name boost gauge
the dual pillar black gauge holder(black)
RC 550 injectors
braided steel 6ft oil feed line the fitting is cut off

I asked him how much miles it has and if there is anything wrong with the turbo kit and this is what he said,
"The only thing from the list that I have sold is thr injectors,,, kit is in very good conditions with no shaft play and only about 350 miles but the oil line fitting was cut off but its a 6ft line so u can get it refitted for like literally 10 dollars,, I have the down pipe but its cut short but the flang and pipe is there u just will need to get a custom exhaust welded, but ya the turbo is mint and there is no cracks in the maniflod at all, and the gauges work great and have existing wiring and pretty much every thing is great condition but need oil line refitted."

I have some pics that he sent me of the turbo kit and I will post them up later. But I want to know first if this is a good deal? If there is anything else that I should ask him or look out for before purchasing this turbo kit?
I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out on this decision!

Thank You

Yeah that sounds like a good deal. There's probably $1200 worth of parts there Ditch the FMU and missing link and run Crome or Uberdata.

OH and that kid is lying about the only having 350 miles ;)

Take it from me. Unless you want a few headaches buy it the kit new. That is a smoking deal but you will kick yourself later when you have to pay for all new chargepiping Loose AC and a bunch of other stuff that may/will not go your way.

words of advise, if this is an internet deal where you have to send your rims and money to him first and then he sends you the kit.... NO!!!! probably a ------' scam. Sounds like a scam that was used on a guy that scammed me, is this guy by any chance in WA?

if it's a local transaction, forget about all that and junp on it. Just as long as you get the ---- first or you swap on the spot, go for it. Just be careful.

Will my stock engine be able to handle the turbo kit? Just to make sure what is the compression ratio of a b18c1 engine again?
