Default broke projector should i make ram air?

okay i have some gay *** projector headlights, i was pulling out of my driveway the other day and one of the glass pieces fell out. it was already cracked because of a rock but it finally fellout. so i started thinking , wouldn't it be cool to have a ram air style intake for my turbo . so here are the pics. i went to the HMD and got some aluminum flex pipe, i just got to use a hole cutter and cut the hole bigger and maybe paint it black on the inside . then hook up the pipe.
lemme know what you think

Well that would be an ideal time/location but what about the rain and ---- getting into the inlet?

If a rock hit the glass part of the projector, a rock could also hit the ram air hole. I wouldn't run that without a filter.

Who actually runs a real filter? I was told to run one, but everyone runs the mesh. Good idea. I would run a filter there though. It's getting EVERYTHING through that little hole. If you want to test it. Cover the inside of the whole with and old t-shirt or cloth and drive around. See what it picks up and what not. If it isn't bad then just run it. It's your decision.

I was always going to do it using my old corner lens. I would give it a go. The only thing would be the rain.
