brake booster vac tap
 

im looking for a goos vac tap for a vac mani and heard the brake booster hose was agood one...there is an air restrictor in the hose and i was wondering if i need to cut the hose before or after the air restrictor in the hose

Before the check valve( the side closest to the motor and going to the IM)
