Brainstorming for my d16z6 crx build.lets here your inputs

Whats up guys I'm new to the turbo world, but i just got a free t25 from my buddy's wrecked eclipse and my stock hf exhaust manifold has been collecting dust. then at lunch i had a light bulb lol.

My current setup. 88 CRX HF stock d16z6 swap obd1 conversion.

i'm only shooting for around 180-200hp i want something that spools quick so i can still track it nicely.I know i need a adapter plate for the hf manifold to bolt to the turbo. So i have a few questions.

Can i run this setup with stock injectors and upgrade the fuel pump and just get tuned?

what is required to run dsm 450cc injectors? new fuel rail? resistor box?

where can i get the piping that i need to run intercooler and down pipe?

How can i feed the turbo oil? and or coolant i think its duel cooled..

Is there anything else that i need to look into?

Also chime in if you are running something similar to this i would love to see some pics if possible. Thanks!

You will need injectors for sure. YOu can either wire in a resistor box or you can get some 10 ohm resistors from radio shack and wire those in instead. look on ebay for a piping kit i went with a universal one and it worked out fine. Just think about how many bends you will need and find a kit to match your needs. --------------------------- will send you a full oil line kit for your car and turbo and it comes with a "T" so you can run the oil line off of the same place your oil pressure sensor is.

You need to look into:
engine management: (FMU, stand alone system, uberdata, hondata, neptune, chrome, etc...). You cannot just get a honda ecu tuned on its own you have to get software installed in the ecu that allows it to be tuned.
gauges: boost, oil pressure, air/fuel(wideband) are always good to have
clutch: because the stock one isn't going to hold that power for too long if at all.

You'll be able to find pretty much all your answers in the Noob section of the fabrication threads.

Hey thanks yea I read that section already and did a search for "hf turbo set up" but it seems that the hf was either too common or too short. I plan on using Crome. So will dsm injectors fit in my rail? What about the Honda resistor box that was on my car before I converted to obd1? You running this setup? Do you have some pictures you could share. Thanks
