Default Bracing turbo manifold, install pics here.

Hey, this is my first turbo install, garrett t3/t04e 0.60 A/R hanging on a BMC log mani. Question is, because of the orientation of the turbo (for wastegate reasons it's hanging backward) there's extra stress on the manifold, does the manifold need to be braced against the block from below
The downpipe has an 8" flex section so there shouldn't be too much stress added by the exhaust.

What he said

BUT: you get the added security in the back of your mind if you do brace it.

Never heard of a BMC manifold breaking or cracking. They build some beefy ---- and it's a log mani so there's not much weight hanging further out off the flange then say like a tubular manifold. Either way just use it the way it is.

Do rember when you buy from us, you are also buying a lifetime warranty which means if any problems ever arise, just send the manifold back to us and we will fix it and have it shipping back to you the same day we receive it.

Log manifolds are very strong. Fear not.
