On my civic. Half the fun of a turbo is the BOV. Which one is pretty loud for such low Psi? I have a 1g dsm one coming.

 

I got my dsm 1g on 8psi on my car. With open downpipe I can barely hear it. Its decent, but definatly not a screamer. Im about to get a RFL. At 6psi the thing sounds like tires bursting. I can only imagine 8.

 

how's 8psi man.. what engine u running?

 

RFL = ? Expensive or not? Where can I get it?

 

I have an Apex Twin Chamber, with about 6-7psi she screams when you shift.

 

RFL = Real Fuxing loud. LoL. Tight. That's going to be on my back order list though. Can't toss out 100+ for a BOV right now. I wish. What does crushing the 1g do?

Im on a d16y7. 8psi is nice. Needs to be tuned and need to get my BTM on. Retarded base timing sucks. heh. RFL goes for about $130-140 on ebay. In my opinion. The sound is well worth it. Crushing the 1g bov just allows it to hold more boost than it would normally. No real value to most of us here.
