Nope, I used to have the apexi bov...def. not that. Kinda looks like a TurboXS bov.

 

could be...where's the discharge hole? that would explain alot...

 

the small holes on the side are the discharge holes. there six little holes all around it

Yup...the twin chamber. It's a great bov, I won't knock that at all. But it's big...really big...which makes it a pita sometimes to mount. And as far as sound goes, sounds just like a stock dsm recirc valve at under 12 psi. It's a great bov if you plan on running HIGH boost pressures, but anything under that and something smaller and simpler would do just fine.
