if your gonna stick with the FMU, you need to keep the injectors stock. If you wanna spend a little more money on engine management (which i highly recommend) get a safc and 7mge injectors. Their 340's i believe. I used to have a turbo 5s. the all-trak manifold wont let you keep the oil filter in the stock location. Its actually the downpipe but it doesnt reallly matter. You'll have to buy a relocation kit for it. If you can find a good deal on an all trak pan (go to alltrac.net, i think thats the name of the site) it already has the drain tapped in. Or you could choose to make your hmt brothers proud and jb weld one of the big mcdonalds strawls in there Good luck with your project... boosted yodas are the ----. Too expensive though

hate to sound like an idiot but what is a fmu? also i'll be doing my own downpipe and i will make my hmt brethren proud and weld/glue/tape my own oil return. i already had to make all the flanges and gaskets myself.

rising rate fuel pressure regulator = fmu

I would ditch it, sure its cheap but its unefficient and not a good tuning tool

Spend $100 on a used SAFC, borrow a wideband maybe or pay someone to use theres

Sounds like you know what needs to be done

Dont skimp out on engine management

there is an oil pressure sensor(turns on dummy light) on the side of the head i just put a "t" fitting there and put a oil pressure gauge for the engine and a needle valve for the turbo with an oil pressure gauge tapped off of that. so i can keep my eye on things.

i was thinking about an safcII but don't i need to also control the timing?

i was going to set it at ~8deg

I believe its the last one just comes with a lot more options and adustability than that one , Ill take pics and everything if you want as Im unsure. I paid #380 brand new, its still all wrapped up but the box is a little beat.

Would be perfect for your setup though
