Boosted Weight

I was just wondering if anyone could help me out, I'm planning on boosting my 96' DX Coupe with an LS engine.

(i know i said 93' hatch, but it's such a fixer-upper, dents dings and rust, i'd rather just use it as my driver car when i'm building the coupe)

My question is, I'm going to have a bit of stuff in the interior, i.e. 2 12 inch subs, fiberglass enclosure, 2 amps, etc. and need to know if i should really consider breaking the 350 mark and going a bit more extreme due to the added weight on the back.

Note than i'm also deciding on whether or not to get carbon fenders, etc, as i'm going to paint the car a custom color, but then would have no proof it IS carbon (its so expensive to not even be seen :-\ ), being it would reduce more weight on the front giving me more of an even balance weight-wise, and understand i would need better grip and am already purchasing a traction bar. (any input there would be great too, just try not to insanely flame me)

To make a long story short, should i bother breaching the 350+ Horses mark because of my added weight?

(I wasn't sure where to post this, if it's in the wrong spot and needs to be moved, go for it!)

umm the cf fenders reduce wat a couple of pounds. not gonna offset that box and subs. spend money elsewhere

Well I figure I have enough to get a B18C and was wondering if i should just go with that, I dont want a b18c5 type-r because its high compression and i want to boost it, plus its alot more. And i'm assuming USDM and JDM doesnt matter aside the obvious compression difference (0.5)

so you need convincing to make more power?...i dont get it. if you want it and can afford it, make as much power as possible. If i say dont go above 347, will you listen?
