boost ls really soon

hello fellas. as the topic says ill be boosting my 94 ls real soon.the question that i have is my car has 180,000 miles on it. ive done a compression test and i got 190-195 on my cylinders. but my question is my valves rattle alot.will this affect me boosting my car? do you think i can tighten them up or will i need to change them out before i boost?my set up is
94 ls b18
.60/.63 from tbird
450's black tops
cca fmic ( thx anthony)
stealthmode oil lines
stealthmode ic piping
type s bov (knock off)
uberdata
tial 38mm wastegate 8psi
ssauto mani (braced)

what do you guys think, any comment or help would be greatly appreciated.
thx in advance

i would buy a different mani, braced or not. and the turbo seems pretty big what kinda numbers are you expecting to hit? if you are not going to be forging internals i would not recommend that big of a turbo. you'll spool up really slow. But, if you are forging internals, then go for it and hit 450 whp (with a different mani that is)

that manifold will break braced or not, the welds are not the weak points.

also, try doing a valve adjustment.

sounds to me with the curent knowledge you possess, you shouldnt even be boosting, the ssauto mani is garbage, sell it immediatly for a new one.

well im looking for 300-350 whp. i know ssauto crap is garbage but i bought it before i really started learning how crappy they are. i am going to upgrade it soon. just want to be boosted. any suggestions on a good quality mani that will not break the bank? im not a millionaire, hence im on HMT. i do plan on building up my engine soon also. do you think i will have that much lag with stock internals.
thx guys.

hit up csaddict on this board, he makes a good manifold at a very reasonable price.

i dont think that turbo is too big at all. im running a t3/t4 57 trim .63 exhaust on my ls, and i hit 10 psi at 4k rpms.

go jump off a cliff, that turbo is on the small side for an LS. and the turbo doesnt determine if he needs internals or not.
