Default Boost Gauge placement

I have an extra opening on the turbo and was wondering if i could connect my boost gauge to it cause the fitting it came with botls right in thanx

Most splice and "T" the FPR or cruise control line and run their boost gauge from that.

cool ill just use the fpr vac line.Should i cap that extra nipple off then will it cause a boost leak if i leave it open

if you put your boost gaue on teh turbo, you wont see vaccum....either block this spot off or use it for the wastegate.

that huge metal thing on the bottom left is the intake mani.... run the tbar off there, having the bottom of the tee head off through your firewall to your boost gauge. the other side of the tee runs to your FPR on the fuel rail - this is right under the guy in the picture's left index finger.

got it?

ok cool the wastegate is already pluged to one nipple but theres an extra so ill just go ahead and cap it off thanx fellas

ohhh...you have oine of those dual oulet fittings on your compressor housing? Rip that ****** out of there and put a normal single tip one in. I dont think you'll be able to find a cap for the end of that.

vac straight off the compressor wont account for the pressure drops across the IC.
