Default Boost drop

I was expecting a boost leak but found none in the charge piping. I also checked the BOV and it does not leak. I took off the wastegate and it seals perfectly. I also checked for any loose bolts on the turbo and between the manifold and turbo itself.

The symptoms are: it boost norm until 4.5 psi and then the boost falls off dramaticly. I unhooked the signal to the wg and it still boost the same. I am out of Ideas.

I have a b16a
tial 35/38
precision sc34
shitbird manifold.
cc intercooler.

I pressure tested all the piping and did not hear/ feel any leaks though.
