Default blue smoke again

Well, I just installed mw new turbo. Took it down the road and blue smoke out the exhaust again. I drove back to work and looked under the hood, oil is coming from the turbine side again. How do I know I got to much oil going to the turbo. What do I need to lower the pressure. I got 2 days to get this fixed. Help please.

just place a restrictor in your oil feed for the turbo. Something like a welding mig tip or something with a smaller orifice then what you have now.

Make sure your drain tube is functional. Such as.
-turbo is higher then the oil pan.
-oil return hole is higher then the oil level while running.
-oil return is large enough to do the job.
-has no kinks or sharp bends.
-the oil drain hole in the turbo isn't clogged up.

I checked the oil level, it is not quite full, but it looks like there is some foam crap on the dipstick.. I am going to start with a needle valve. If that does not work, off with the head.

I forgot to mention. My previous turbo ran for about 8 months, then the car started smoking. THat is when I noticed foamy crap in the exhaust. At the time, we replaced the head studs. WE measured the factory bolts, 4 of the 10 were stretched out, so right now I am thinking that the head gasket is blown, but would that cause oil to come out the turbine housing. ALso the compression tested good.

Pull your plugs and see if there is oil on them. If so, I wouldn't even bother with a needle valve. lol
