blow off valve
i have a blow off valve the type is XS POWER and the problem is the blow off valve open when im in the vacum . at normal a blow off valve is open when you are on boost and release the gas what the proble

to start you bought xs power.. just wait for it to explode and get a different one..
the blow off valve should be open in vac (at idle) and when you press the gas it should close, or you would not be able to build boost..
it should open when the throttle is shut.. but not in boost.. i guess i just dont get the question
if it is staying open, check for leaks (vac leak) or just to see if the bov closes all the way (unplug the vac line), or tighten it
