Default Block Posting w/ Piston change?

I was reading about the "Block Posting" and I was wondering if you should do this before or after you put in pistons? I got a set of some PR3 pistons that I want to put in. I am going to take it to a machine shop to get those put in. Also get them to shotpen the rods, and re-hone the pistons. Should I also tell them that I want them to "post the block"? I also have heard that its good to get the head and blocked deck too?

With the pistons, Im going to use two head gaskets to lower compression. Im slowing piecing together my turbo kit.

Anyone have input ? Has anyone in the Philly area done this block posting ? Please let me know.

I guess this is better posted in the hybrid section. Gonna try there.
