Default BLEW MY ---- UP!!! third time, ANSWER SOME Q's, SLEEVAGE FROM NOW ON!!

Alright, i cracked #1 and #2 cylinders on my b16 turbo eg 4 days ago after 5 months of being at 11 pounds t3/t04e turbo getting beat on every day, ectuned on Precision 1000's It was not that great of at tune, but it did justice and i had stable high 11 AFR's in boost. It was a great motor while it lasted. Car ran 13.4 @ 118 mph 2.5 60ft haha.
the setup was:
GSR head type R cams
b16 block 81mm bore
Je pistons 9:1
eagle H-beamers
ARP head studs
cometic hg
1
Anways I got a deal I couldn't pass up. I got my hands on a Dart Sleeved GSR block bored out to 84.5MM, Carillo Forged Rods, with 84.5mm 9:1 CP pistons, ARP main Studs and a GSR crank that needs micropolished for $1050. So I have a few questions

1. Can I use my old timing belt? I am going from b16 block to GSR block...
2. Can I reuse my ARP head studs? i don't remember if you size them up by the head or the block?
3. where the hell can i get an 84.5mm headgasket for a decent price?
4. I want to get the block, crank, rods, pistons checked out at a machine shop and make sure there are no problems with clearances and stuff... how much would this run me about?

I think I know why you broke.
1) No block hight is taller.
2)arp studs yes
3) Tunertoys has what you need.
4)Not to sure, do you have a wideband?

Dennis what up my cracker. Love my new tune. Got the waste gate situation fixed. Vibration cause some loosening of bolts. Go figure with a solid mount h series. Lol

ill get some pics as soon as I can, i dont have a camera, but my friend does, im going to go for dyno tuning this time around, with someone who can actually tune the motor better.... I still have much to learn... if the block is taller i should be running a GSR timing belt?

took the head off two days ago, #1 and #2 have a hairline crack at the very top of the cylinders, took a minute to find it. This was nowhere near the destruction like the first b series .

Too much timing FTL. Next time take a lot more timing out in boost. Don't try and waste your time dumping way more fuel in than you need to try and mask a timing issue, people really need to start moving away from that. And invest in either a det-can setup or a knock light.
