Do a leakdown test, much better than a compression test for diagnostics.

 

ok i so i am ------- dumb..
i DID add water into the tank. :P
last night i empty it out and refill it back to the MAX line. and rape it and it didn`t raise at all.

still no compression check/leak down test needed.
not that i want to know the result anyway.
