Best Turbo for my setup.

Ok my question basically what junkyard turbo would be best for my setup i've got a 90 integra. b18b1 out of a 94 its still odb0 so no hondata for me. zydne is later down the road. Im going to make a custom log style manifold i was gonna use the 14b off a first gen talon, smic, bov, and most of the charge pipe's but its internally wastegated at like 8psi i didn't want to take it up that high first i wanted to get comfortable with it before i took it that high i was thinkiny maybe a t3 and a external wastegate with like a 5-6psi spring, 450cc dsm injectors, walboro 255 lpr highpressure or high volume fuel pump which is better with a turbo? but any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks

run a t-3 at 6-8 psi on that engine make sure that the engine is good and compression is ok on the cylinders,

any t-3 from any car that has one and is still good no shaft play and seals are still good, you have to modify your manifold

that turbo for example is watercooled so wouldn't need the oil in line and the return or does it still run those?

gots to have the oil dude, but the water cooling is optional. the oil keeps the turbo bearing surfaces lubed and cooled, and will burn up in no time because of friction. the water cooling is like a jacket around the oil section of the CHRA and helps cool addtionally so you dont have to let the car "idle down" after a drive as much, helps prevent oil coking to the bearings and the like.
