Beginin 1st Turbo Setup
listen i got a honda d15b2 w/ a MPFI swap and i want to turbo it. my questions are what size turbo can i put on the motor without changing the internals?? i goin to change em but i want to see how it runs on turbo first. my second question is can i boost it B2 without switchin out the ecu? can i use the stock ecu
i really only want about 6-8 lbs of boost. Can sum 1 help me please. i want turbo this motor as soon as possible

and not only the damn stickies, research throughout the forum and sift through the bullshit to learn instead of asking really common questions. Use google to search the site if you need to, since this forums search function went ****.
I boosted a b2 a few years ago and it held up fine. My friend has blown two d15's up at 7 psi on a 14b turbo but it was tuning related not power related

The search function works great.
Sounds like the OP would be best off to do a standard HF mani/adaptor plate/T3 or 14b/chipped ECU with crome/DSM 450cc injectors. That should reach your power goals the most cost-effectively. Check the turbo projects on the main page for reference.
And do some ------ research.
