BBQ grill paint

will bbq grill paint be good to paint my new blox b16 turbo manifold to protect it from being rusted and preserve it? or would be adviseable not to? I plant to paint my charge pipes, manifold downpipe and turbine housing with this paint, is it good, I dont want paint that will look shitty, I just want a nice clean look.

whats the lowest temp of paint that can be used, its hard to get heat paint in Germany.

on the can what does it say its rated up to? even 1200 degree probably wont hold on the manifold or exhaust housing....those get REALLY hot.

por-20 makes 1400 brush on manifold paints
vht makes 1500 spray paint

I am sure that you can get high temp paint in germany. I doubt that they are simply a nation of unpainted items that get hot.

true! but I'm still in Iraq, and just window shopping right now. plus even if its there it would be hard to find, and overpriced, I found some before that was only 800deg c. I used that on my charge piping, but not sure if it will be good for the manifold.
