I have a b20z in my EF sedan and i was wondering if they are good for boost?

only bout 100psi then they tend to run like a dog with one leg

they will hold bout 100psi then you have to worry about the cat legs breaking inside

sure they are ok to boost but it's just like any other motor where if you want to go big then you need to up grade parts. if it's a honda/acura motor then chances are it's been turbo'd before and most likely all the info can be found somewhere on the net.

google is your friend.

search around first... otherwise you will get flamed....

i will help you out a lil, the rest is up to you.

the b20 is an okay engine to boost but definitely not like the b18 or d-series. the b20 has a 9mm wall thickness compared to a b18 11mm. this makes tuning the setup key in reliablity. the block can withstand around 300hp on a good turbo setup with a good tune. but put a lot of money into the tune....

now time for you to search.
