b20 can turboed
is the engine which come with the crv honda ( b20 ) good to be turboed and will the b16a better or the b20 to be turboed ?

no its not a good engine to turbo... the sleeves are way too thin to handle boost (imo)

I dont know how accurate this is but i've read in magazines that people have gotten over 300 hp with that b20 with stock internals. thats at 10 psi but dont know what size turbo

300hp wouldnt last that long. the b20 can be turboed but unless you get it resleaved it would be wiser to use the b16. the only really good thing the b20 has is torque. I almost bought a 93 hatch with a b20 and a garrett t3/t4 and it broke the tires loose like crazy even befor boost. <wanted way to much 10k i laughed. how about this buy a b16 and when you blow the motor, go and buy a b20 longblock and attach it to the b16 tranny double the use. hope this helps

low compression B20B with mild regrinds and a T28 at 6psi. it made 220 i belive on 7psi.
