b17a cams or buddy club spec 3+
so I almost have my car together
I have two sets of cams b17a cams, which I think are the same as 1gen b16a, and buddy club spec3+ cams, the compression is 9.4:1 and the turbo is a gt2871r the head has supertech flatface from a na build and jg springs, what do you guys think? pros/cons I'll probably end up trying both just wanting an opinion on which I should start with

I'll send you another set of B17 cams along with a set of late GSR cams for the BC3+.
:P
I would think that the Buddy Club cams would be okay, but I don't honestly know.
Trade some Skunk2 Stage 1s for the spec3+?

Tried to get a set of Brian Crower stage 2 NA cams to work with an 84mm GT4094R combo... that was a waste of three solid days huffing leaded race fuel. Peak power was up over the Brian Crower stage 2 turbo cams that were in the engine previously, but spool was super late and the powerband was pushed very high into the rpm band, up where I wan;t going to rev the engine. That 10.5-11K rpm ---- is great for the sort of guys that change cams like they change oil to show off, but you can make the power and go just as fast at a lower rpm.
