Default B16A2 at the rollers(now with power graphs!!)

went to the rollers yesterday and was very very very disapointed with the results!

200hp at the flywheel and 149lb/ft torque!

WTF?

Is this the normal for a B16A?

my setup is,

T3 .42, .48
ss autochrome manifold
450's and inline resistors
Apexi Vafc
2.25 exhaust from turbo back with a apexi N1 Muffler.

MY settings are

wide low
1k 42 1k 40
2k 36 2k 36
3k 30 3k 30
4k - 8k 42 4k - 8k 42

started off with 36 across the board on high and low, and got 187hp and 146lb

Im not sure where my timing is at, as he didnt check it, could this be my problem?

The boost gauge is showing 5pi all through the rev range so it cant be the turbo.

Please help as i have spent a lot of money to get this setup done and i dont want this to be the final result!

you're only running 5psi man! Can't expect huge gains from that. stock is 160crank hp and 112 ft/lbs @ the crank.

yours are at the wheels right?

really though man, 5 psi can't expect too much out of it, why don't you raise the boost, perhaps a bigger turbo? you can easily run 8-10 safely with your set up......

i would at least be at 8-10 psi, but that's just me. it would feel like a waste of time to build a turbo and only run 5psi.

200 hp at the crank is about right for 5 psi on a B16.
stock 160 hp 5 psi adds 40 hp...it's all good that's about 7.5 hp per pound take it to 10 psi and you'll get to 240-250 easy...I would use a 63/60 T3 turbo you will make more power with it

im running 6.5 PSI with a test pipe and my car pulls strong all the way untill 8000 RPM, so its not the turbo, i dont have any numbers but if i had to guess would say im in the 220 HP range, my friend has a 99 eclipse GST running 17 PSI with 3" downpipe 3"cat and 3" cat back and i smoke him everytime even with another person besides me in my car and only him in his.

a T3 .42/.48 WTF? That's wayyy too small for your B16a. Run at least a .48/.60 !!! maybe thats why... Small turbo, small gain...

what kind of "rollers" measure flywheel horsepower? you unbolted the tranny and bolted it up to an engine dyno or what?
